Silver Cloud Summer Foods: Grilled Chili Shrimp with Avocado Orange Salsa

Saturated fats, unlike most carbohydrate meals, sugary laden sauces, and so called low-fat foods, help repair tissue, maintain proper hormone balance, and stabilize important neurological functions. Besides being low carb, this Silver Cloud Diet summer recipe features no artificial additives, extra sugars, or starchy vegetables. Furthermore, this fantastic recipe contains avocados, which reduce bodily inflammation, maintain healthy eye support, and encompass more vitamin E than any other fruit crop.

In addition to the shrimp and avocado, we have thrown in cilantro and garlic. Not only do these two great flavors taste good together, but they also contain potent phytonutrients, flavonoids, and phenolic compounds that fight heavy metal toxicity, prevent heart disease, and promote gastrointestinal health. Adding these herbs to your daily food routine is a great way to remove mercury, lead, and aluminum from various bodily tissues. Who knew detoxifying could be this easy and taste this good? Best of all, you can create this tasty summery dish in under 15 minutes.
