Anyone following a healthy diet and lifestyle knows the importance of drinking water. However, here is a reminder to everyone on the countless health benefits of lemon water with cayenne and why you should be drinking it daily.

Often referred to as “the Master Cleanse,” it has long been known for its detox effects on the body, however, the lemon water and cayenne mix also boosts your immune system, aids in digestion, helps fight candida overgrowth, and promotes weight loss by increasing your metabolism.

Lemon is not only a vitamin C rich citrus fruit and an immune system booster, it also acts as blood purifier and improves the body’s ability to get rid of toxins. When taken regularly it acts as a tonic to the liver and stimulates it to fulfill its daily digestive and cleansing functions. Lemon juice also promotes a more alkaline ph level in your body which reduces inflammation, promotes vitality, and helps prevent and reduce Candida overgrowth.
