Keto Coconut, Coffee & Turmeric Latte Recipe
Ingredients:
- 12 ounces of Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 1 shot of espresso coffee
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of Gaia brand Golden Milk Turmeric powder mix
- 1-2 packets of Lohan sweetener, Xylitol, or Stevia
- 1 tablespoon Organic, Grass fed butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, add all ingredients and whisk.
- Continue to stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Once it comes to a simmer, remove from heat and add to a Vitamix blender.
- Blend on high for 1 minute or until frothy.
- Pour into a mug and serve.
