Me yet again! With some more good finds.

Wouldn’t this bread work for the marathon phase as I believe it digests like a tomato, not bread. It has only 1 gr. net carb. Also, I found 0 carb 0 sugar Steaz Sparkling Green Tea, in Blueberry Pomegranate flavor and Raspberry Flavor, tried the Blueberry Pomegranate – very good, but the Raspberry had carrot juice in the ingredients although no sugars, so waited on that one. But I’m assuming that wouldn’t be so bad?  As it would be very minimal.  But you have to be careful to grab the 0 calorie series. I also have tried the raw coconut vinegar with stevia and water and ice for a great refreshing beverage, and it has great amino acid, vitamin and mineral contents, is prebiotic. Below is a copied page of the bread link. I really am not crazy about not getting the added fiber from the whole grain family for as long as it takes to get all the weight off.
