Healthy Football Recipes

A party fave for Footballers, this healthy topping can lift a chicken breast, slice of pork roast or fish fillet to new heights!

Makes 20 ¼ cup servings

  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Hot sauce to taste, shake it on good
  • 1 garlic clove smashed
  • 2 15.8 oz. cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 ½ cups diced onions
  • 1 cup diced seeded tomato
  • 1 cup diced red, green and/ or yellow bell pepper

Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
