Low Carb Lobster Cakes Recipe

  1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, sauté onions and peppers for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except for avocado oil. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Form into 2-inch patties.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil and lobster patties. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove from heat and serve with a side of mayonnaise.
